Are you an authorized Amazon representative?
No. We operate an independent Amazon Professional Seller account. We are not an authorized Amazon representative and Amazon does not endorse JSS PRIME LLC.
What products do you source?
We source authentic, new, factory-sealed products across categories including beauty & personal care, grocery, health & household, baby, home, office, and general merchandise.
Do you hold active freight operating authority?
We describe our freight capabilities honestly and do not represent inactive operating authority as active. Where regulatory authority applies, we describe it only when it is verified and current.
How do supplier partnerships work?
Suppliers introduce their line via our supplier application or catalog submission. We review categories, authenticity, and terms; issue a commercial purchase order; receive goods through structured receiving and quality control; and prioritize replenishable products for the long term.
What documentation do you require from suppliers?
Typically a commercial invoice, company and contact details, product line information, and authenticity documentation appropriate to the category. Specifics are confirmed during onboarding.
Will you publish my company's pricing or brand names?
No. We keep supplier names, brands, pricing, and account details confidential. Please do not submit confidential pricing or account numbers through our web forms.
